Sub Processors
Version 1 · Effective 6 October 2026
These are the companies that process personal data on behalf of Derick ArchiTech Studio Limited to operate DAS POS. Each is bound by written terms requiring confidentiality and security. We give at least 30 days' notice on this page, and by email to business owners, before adding or replacing a sub processor, and a business may object during that period.

What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not use advertising or analytics companies, and we do not send Business Data or personal data to any artificial intelligence service. A visitor's country is determined on our own server using an offline database (DB IP Lite), and no address is sent elsewhere for this purpose.
